"Best fish in a long, long time!" -Marie, Enfield CT

"First time at your buffet - we will definitely be back and suggest it to others. It was fabulous, thank you." -Alan, Ellington CT

"We have been coming to Rom's for 25 years and have always found the service and food first rate. We tell everyone about Rom's" -Richard & June, Berlin CT

" Food was wonderful, server was most excellent, very helpful, friendly and attentive. Thanks for a very enjoyable lunch" -Blanchard & Brenda, N. Oxford, MA

"We have been coming to Rom's for over 18 years and have a saying 'The food never bombs at Rom's!' "

"We are from the Cape and it is refreshing to not have to wait for a table forever or spend an enormous amount of money. Thanks"

"The garlic bread here should be declared illegal. It is tantalizing, hot, crispy, and redolent with garlic....I had enough for two good meals from my plate. It was huge. Everything was great, the veal was falling apart tender, the meatballs were more meat than breading and the sausage was just spicy enough. I even loved the sauce..."

Read Janet Stone's review and why "...the meatball ranks as one of the most tender I've ever had."

"I'd have to say Rom's is my favorite restuarant. It has wonderful food, and the sauce is amazing. I recomend the meatballs, they are delicious. The staff is very friendly and the Wenesday smoregasboard is amazing. I have been going every Monday since I was born and will continue to go, even though it is now closing on Mondays. Best restaurant for miles."

"Very satisfying meals, especially the Italian dishes. Served professionally in a relaxed family atmosphere. Fast, efficient service. The weekly buffet is definitely worth a try. The best dining in the immediate area. Ample free parking in adjoining lot."

"This was once a hot dog and fried-clam roadside stand that has grown over the last half-century like a multigenerational New England farmhouse. Today, it seats 750 diners and remains a near-ideal family restaurant, with something to please everyone, from homemade pastas and pizzas to full seafood dinners. The lobster roll is twice the size but about the same price as those offered on the coast. Buffets at Wednesday dinner and Thursday lunch are crowd pleasers. A takeout window ladles "buckets of rigatoni" and fish and chips."
